1. Acceptance of terms

These terms govern your use of agentpreneurs.ai and the free resources it offers. Using the site, downloading a resource, or submitting a form means you accept them. The Agent Accelerator Program itself is governed by the Enrollment Agreement; these terms cover everything before that.

2. What this site is

Agentpreneurs is an education business. This site teaches how to build and sell AI systems, offers free resources (the 90-Day Agent Launch Roadmap and the free training), and takes applications for the Agent Accelerator Program. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

3. Eligibility

The site and program are for adults (18+) able to enter a contract. Submitting an application must be done by you, about you, with accurate information.

4. SMS program terms

If you provide a phone number and check the contact-consent box, you agree to receive conversational calls and texts about your request — replies, call reminders, follow-ups. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help. Our SMS privacy practices are in the privacy policy.

5. Fees, payments, and refunds

Everything on this site is free: the resources, the application, and the strategy call. The Agent Accelerator Program is a paid program; its price, payment terms, and refund terms are stated on your call and in the program agreement — not on this site — and that agreement controls.

6. No earnings guarantee

Building and selling AI systems takes real work. Outcomes depend on your effort, your market, and your execution, and most of the variables are yours, not ours. Nothing on this site — including any example, illustration, or description of what the program teaches — is a promise or projection of earnings.

7. Intellectual property

The content on this site and in the free resources is ours. The resources are for your personal use: build with them, use them in your own business, share the link — but don’t resell, republish, or pass them off as your own. The Agentpreneurs name and mark are ours too.

8. Your submissions

Information you submit through forms must be yours and accurate. Applying creates no obligation on either side — the free call is where both sides decide whether the program fits.

9. Non-disparagement

By using this site, downloading a resource, submitting an application, or booking a call, you agree that you will not, at any time, directly or indirectly, make, publish, post, share, endorse, encourage, or assist any statement, rating, review, comment, video, screenshot, message, or other communication — written, oral, or visual; public or private; attributed, anonymous, or under a pseudonym or alternate account; express or by implication — including in reviews or on rating or complaint sites, on social media, in forums, podcasts, group chats, or direct messages, or to any media outlet — that disparages, criticizes, demeans, or reflects negatively on Agentpreneurs, AGENTKINETICS LLC, Daniel Cho personally, or their contractors, participants, clients, brands, handles, channels, programs, or content (together, the “Protected Parties”), or that is intended or likely to harm any Protected Party’s reputation or business. Separately, and regardless of whether the preceding sentence is enforceable as to you, you will not make any false, misleading, or defamatory statement about a Protected Party, will not harass, threaten, dox, or impersonate a Protected Party, and will not cause or assist anyone else to do what this section prohibits.

On written notice you will remove, delete, and retract any offending statement within 48 hours and confirm that you have. Breach entitles the Protected Parties to injunctive relief without bond and to their reasonable attorneys’ fees, and each Protected Party may enforce this section directly. This section survives your use of the site indefinitely. If any part of it is void or unenforceable as to you under applicable law, including the Consumer Review Fairness Act, 15 U.S.C. § 45b, that part is severed as to you only and the rest remains in force. Nothing here prohibits truthful testimony under subpoena or a report of suspected unlawful conduct to a government agency.

10. Disclaimers

The site and free resources are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep everything accurate and available but don’t guarantee either.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Agentpreneurs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the free resources. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the thing giving rise to the claim — which, for everything on this site, is zero.

12. Indemnification

If your misuse of the site or resources causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to cover the costs of that claim.

13. Termination

We can decline or stop serving anyone who abuses the site, the resources, or the application process. You can stop using the site, unsubscribe, or ask us to delete your data at any time.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

15. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
